We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 36-day assignment in California, starting Mar 23, 2026. This role involves providing full scope Family Medicine coverage, seeing patients of all ages for primary care, wellness checks, physicals, cold, cough, and flu, with shifts from 7:30am-5:00pm. Our client operates an outpatient intergenerational health center and a Family Practice center.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide full scope Family Medicine (APP) coverage for the facility's outpatient intergenerational health center and Plaza Del Valle Family Practice center
- Service patients of all ages, offering Primary care, Dental, and Dermatology
- Primarily handle cold, cough, flu, wellness checks, and physicals
- Manage full scope family practice cases, seeing all ages
