About the PositionWe are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 2-day assignment in Wisconsin, starting Apr 2, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services for employees, spouses, and dependents within a private employer-based clinic, including wellness visits, women's health, and acute walk-ins, on a focused two-day schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services in a private employer-based clinic setting.
- Deliver bread and butter outpatient primary care for employees, spouses, and dependents.
- Manage lab orders, sending most out through Quest, with some labs drawn in-house.
- Supervise RN/MA staff for vaccine administration in the clinic.
- Handle dispensing of non-CSII medications onsite, utilizing barcode scanning.
- Conduct non-acute walk-in visits on a scheduled same-day basis.
- Perform History and Physical examinations.
- Provide Women's Health services.
- Manage patient appointments ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour in length.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
- EMR system utilized is Athenahealth.
