Are you a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner (APRN) looking to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming community setting? Join a collaborative outpatient primary care team in beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont, where patient-centered care and teamwork come first!

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

• Call: 1:11 rotation (light call schedule)

• No weekends

• ‍⚕️ Outpatient Primary Care setting

• Collaborative, multidisciplinary medical group

As an APRN, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families

• Focus on health promotion, prevention, and wellness

• Independently perform medical acts within APRN scope

• Educate patients and families to support informed care decisions

• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff

• Support efficient and cost-effective clinical operations

• Participate in ongoing professional development

You’ll work alongside a strong specialty network including family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, cardiology, orthopedics, urology, general surgery, and more.

• Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

• Full-Time | 1.0 FTE | Exempt

• Master’s Degree from accredited Adult NP program

• Vermont APRN License (or ability to obtain)

• National NP Certification (Adult, Family, or Pediatric preferred)

• DEA License

• CPR Certification

• Clean malpractice history

• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)

• Two years RN experience prior to advanced degree preferred

• Must be eligible for credentialing

• ❌ Must reside within 1 hour commute
