About the PositionAre you a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner (APRN) looking to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming community setting? Join a collaborative outpatient primary care team in beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont, where patient-centered care and teamwork come first!
Position HighlightsSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
Call: 1:11 rotation (light call schedule)
No weekends
⚕️ Outpatient Primary Care setting
Collaborative, multidisciplinary medical group
As an APRN, you will:
Provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families
Focus on health promotion, prevention, and wellness
Independently perform medical acts within APRN scope
Educate patients and families to support informed care decisions
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff
Support efficient and cost-effective clinical operations
Participate in ongoing professional development
You’ll work alongside a strong specialty network including family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, cardiology, orthopedics, urology, general surgery, and more.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
Full-Time | 1.0 FTE | Exempt

Master’s Degree from accredited Adult NP program
Vermont APRN License (or ability to obtain)
National NP Certification (Adult, Family, or Pediatric preferred)
DEA License
CPR Certification
Clean malpractice history
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
Two years RN experience prior to advanced degree preferred
Must be eligible for credentialing

❌ Must reside within 1 hour commute
