Full-Time Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, well-established family practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high quality, patient centered care.

Position Details:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (No Hospital or Nursing Home)
In-person clinical role

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Perform physical exams, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
Educate patients on preventive care and health maintenance
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR (eClinicalWorks)

Requirements

Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
Board certification (FNP preferred)
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in family practice or primary care preferred
