OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
As a key member of our collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients. Your expertise will be crucial in:
- Leading Inpatient Care: Manage a caseload of 5-10 inpatients daily, formulating and executing comprehensive care plans.
- Driving Outpatient Excellence: Conduct new patient evaluations and manage ongoing care in our outpatient clinic.
- Utilizing Advanced Clinical Skills: Interpret complex clinical data, including hemodynamic monitoring from right heart catheterizations and Swan-Ganz catheters, to guide cutting-edge treatments for Pulmonary Hypertension.
- Collaborating for Optimal Outcomes: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to manage advanced medical therapies, including IV inotropes and prostacyclins, and ensure seamless discharge planning.
- Providing Comprehensive Coverage: Support both inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.
OPPORTUNITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensure and Certification:
New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain)
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
- Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
MSN with Advanced Practice Nurse credentials

HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $156,249.60 annually. - Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
- Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
- Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
