Schedule: In clinic 36 hours per week plus 4 administrative hours, plus 2 Saturday mornings per year and 1 to 2 nights of call per week

Position Overview
- Outpatient primary care coverage
- Locum to permanent opportunity
- Primary care in an FQHC setting
- Medical Spanish preferred
- Patient volume typically 15 to 25 per day
- All ages
- Supervision by Medical Director
- EMR: Epic
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- ALS
- BLS
- DEA
- CSR
- Board certified
- Medicaid and Medicare number required before presentation
- State license must already be active
Credentialing/Onboarding Items (must be provided)
- Credentialing timeframe: 61 to 90 days
- Required credentialing documents as requested by the client team
